I can't login to my account.
User accounts are assigned via the Club or Team Manager. YOU MUST BE ON A TEAM TO USE THE APPLICATION. If you are not on a team please reach out to your club’s administrator to be assigned a team. IF you are a member of a team and have forgotten or cannot access your account please send an email to support@sportsclubsync.com
Why does my Mobile Application take so long to load?
The first time any user logs in to the Mobile Application for the first time they may experience a longer than usual wait time. This is not unusual as the application is connecting to your clubs database and receiving a high volume of information, Schedule, Team Info, Field Locations and etc. Please be patient and allow the Mobile Application to make a full connection with our servers.
Why am I not receiving Push Notifications?
Usually, when a Mobile User is not receiving Push Notifications it is because notifications have either been blocked or disabled on a user’s mobile device.

I am receiving the "Cannot Connect to Server" Error
Please fully close and restart your application.
